Its like paper tray 3 does not exist in the printers on board settings. Easy to set up and use and fast. Just very happy with this choice. While minor, I think the shared folder setup could be a bit easier than it currently is. This product cannot be identified by Serial Number alone.

Report product content issues. Haven't had time to try all m477fddw, but I am very happy with the machine. It is silent when asleep, sparks to life quickly when I send a job. I tried all of the features I would use, mvp, scanning two sided, etc.
Enjoyed the Windows 10 splash screen during several reboots. Select your operating system and version. Nothing wrong with the printer, it is just an issue with where the scan shows up on my computer.
This printer replaces an Epson Workforce which, like all printers, had its idiosyncrasies, several I couldn't live with like setting borderless printing, ink usage and print quality.
